Scope of production
The production relates to a box and lid, where the lid is molded in, for example, pulp like pulp, and where the locking mechanism is an integral part of the lid edge.
Prior art
Hitherto, it is known to perform locking mechanisms between lids and a box, in that the lower part which the box represents in this case has holes, and where in the upper part as the lid represents some pins which go into the holes in the bottom part, for example known from egg trays. .
The system is reasonably stable when you consider that the box itself is only relatively small in this case, but if you go up into larger boxes, the system is unusable, as the lid can easily be pushed off.
Another disadvantage is that each "lock - tap" must be released before the general lid and the lower case can be removed from each other, or more precisely where the lid can be opened.
The technical problem to be solved
With the production, it is desired to provide a locking mechanism between the lid and box of said kind, which is both stable, but at the same time it will be possible to open the whole lid from the lower case without having to release a lot of locking pins.

The new technique
What is new is that the edge of the lid has wedge-shaped and downward-pointing locking washers, and that the edge of the lid with the locking pins can be turned upwards and into the lid, so that a reinforcing double edge or bead is formed, and so that the locking edge now in its wedge shape faces inwards and thereby has an upward-pointing wedge shape.
It is hereby achieved that the locking mechanism becomes a compact and reinforced part of the lid itself, which is further rationally fabricated in the same molding of the lid itself.
What is also new is that the upper edge or away of the box faces obliquely outwardly with a flap similar to the flap of the now integrated locking catch in the lid, and that the box edge is further reinforced in its strength by folding along the upper edge.
It is now hereby achieved that the lid's inward locking catch has the opportunity to be gripped at an edge which has the same flattering as the locking catch itself, thereby locking the lid and box together, but only with such strength that they are problematic due to the lid's the material of the box reasonably effortlessly will be separable.
What's new is that the lid's edge has an extra horizontal fold, which is both reinforcing, but especially here acts as a level stop for the lid, against the edge of the top of the box.
It is hereby achieved that even with an additional load on the horizontal surface of the outer lid, the lid will not be able to be pushed into the box.

Fig. 2 shows, in section and in perspective, a locking mechanism, in which the integrated locking mechanism of the lid itself is folded so that the locking catch is inwardly facing.
The underlying edge is seen in the figure as being reinforced, so that it does not fold or "dive" when the lid lock mechanism itself is pressed down against the edge of the underlying box.

Fig. 3 shows in section and in perspective the same locking mechanism as shown in
FIG. 2, but where this is activated for locking between lid and box.
When the locking mechanism is activated for a lock, it will be seen that the overall arrangement itself stabilizes the "unit" box and lid.

Closure mechanism for boxes and lids, wherein the lid is molded in, for example, pulp such as pulp, and wherein the locking mechanism is an integral part of the lid edge, which is new in that the outside of the lid edge has wedge-shaped and downward-pointing latches and that the lid edge with the latches are pivotable upwards and into the lids, so that a reinforcing double edge or bead is formed, and so that the latch is now in its wedge shape facing inwards, thereby having an upwardly pointing wedge shape.
